Gannett Fleming, Inc., a leading architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firm, engaged in a strategic real estate transaction involving its property at 1010 Adams Avenue, Norristown, PA. The property, spanning 50,000 square feet, was subject to a sale-leaseback arrangement. Gola Corporate Real Estate (GCRE) exclusively represented Gannett Fleming in this transaction, which allowed the company to unlock capital from its real estate holdings while retaining operational control over half of the facility.
