Elliott Greenleaf office lease renewal in Blue Bell PA

Elliott Greenleaf, a Blue Bell law firm, has committed to renew in 22,000 square feet at 925 Harvest Drive in Blue Bell.  Elliott Greenleaf was founded in 1990.  Since that time, the firm has established an extensive record of successfully and efficiently litigating some of the most complex cases.

Mid 2023, the firm began to evaluate alternatives to what was typically a straight renewal in place.  Elliott Greenleaf looked at the market very carefully and negotiated with a few select preferred locations.  This ultimately led to a special deal to renew.

Gola Project Management was actively involved in Space Planning for Elliott Greenleaf as well as evaluating short-listed floor plans for accuracy and pricing.  Gola Project Management team also created move budgets and furniture tours as a part of the process.

As we examined our space options toward the end of our lease, we engaged Gola to help us analyze the costs, value, and benefits associated with renewing our lease or relocating.  Gola showed us several attractive alternative sites with additional amenities and helped us visualize what the space would look like and what it would cost to build it out to our specifications and relocate.  Gola’s patience, persistence and experience allowed us to examine our options and reach the best deal for the Firm moving forward.  We look forward to working with Dave Butera and Gola in the future.”
