about
JetPay’s goal was to consolidate various business functions under one roof.
effect
The move to Iron Run Corporate Center consolidated two JetPay Lehigh Valley locations housing human resource, payroll processing, and payroll tax service operations to a single location, uniting 140 area employees and supporting company growth. The new location provided expanded datacenter and production capabilities to facilitate delivery of human capital management and payroll processing, and an open space plan fostered collaboration.
process
JetPay hired Gola to investigate all real estate options, including lease renewal versus alternate markets. After many hours and much consideration, the company chose expansion and relocation. Project services encompassed programming; procurement of FF&E and low-voltage cabling contracts; finish selection assistance; construction and move budgeting; construction management; and move coordination.
