Rod Neary
“When I’m not working I . . .
Like to play golf, read, exercise, and entertain my grandchildren.”
about
Following a successful five-year sales career in the industrial electrical control equipment field, Rod’s father-in-law John Gola hired him in 1984, and 10 years later made him a principal. Rod was a mentor to Mark Gola, and by the mid-90s the two introduced a game-changing tenant/buyer advocacy component to what had been a general commercial brokerage firm. The new concept immediately differentiated Gola’s position in the marketplace and leveled the playing field for corporate tenants and buyers when dealing with property owners.
Rod favors a simple and consistent approach to client service. “It’s about ascertaining their needs, and then leveraging my own skills and experience along with the additional capabilities of the firm, to help them reach their real estate goal as quickly and smoothly as possible.”
Hailing from Hillsborough, New Jersey, Rod now calls Oreland, Pennsylvania, home. He holds a Pennsylvania commercial real estate license, has CCIM certifications in real estate investing and taxation, and belongs to the Alliance of Tenant Representatives, which he helped form.
Communicating directly and honestly with clients and working hard to provide them with the most accurate and professional service possible is what motivates me at the start of each workday. Exceeding client expectations and closing a transaction successfully are the icing on the cake.
