Real estate has always been part of Paul’s life. As a youngster, he worked in his family’s residential real estate development business. Their final project, an apartment complex, was instrumental in exposing him to all aspects of the industry and setting the course for an enduring career. In 2016, he retired after 30 years with the State of New Jersey’s Division of Property Management, where his job was to negotiate commercial real estate leases on behalf of all operating state agencies for office, warehouse, and special use operations.

For someone who claims to have “never worked a day in my life because I love what I do,” Paul’s entrepreneurial business spirit is undeniable. He has been the controlling partner in various real estate holding companies and owned several businesses throughout the years, including a laundromat and an auto and boat detailing business that he started at age 15 and ran for 10 years. His motivation is and always has been to help individuals and clients solve problems related to their real estate needs.

A Central Jersey guy all the way, Paul grew up in Hamilton Township and resides in Upper Freehold Township. He has a salesperson license from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and tax credit compliance certification with the state’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

A former Division III basketball player while in college, Paul has many interests, among them gardening, travel, and entertaining. On the civic side, he has been active in helping low-income tenants find affordable, decent, and safe housing, and also coordinates donations of home furnishings, clothing, and other household items to assist those in need.
