John Diemer recently joined Gola Corporate Real Estate as a Project Manager. He is a civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in industrial, commercial and residential development projects. His experience ranges from the planning, design development to managing construction for many projects across the country.
While serving both the municipal and private sectors he has accumulated extensive knowledge of the entitlement processes required by municipalities, DOT’s, and other local agencies. John looks forward to bring his vast development experience to satisfying the clients at Gola.
I enjoy the diversity of the projects we come across at Gola. Every client has unique needs and every project has different obstacles to overcome to exceed the client expectations.
