“When I’m not working I . . .
“I enjoy spending time with my family, catching live music, watching movies, traveling, and rooting for the Phillies!”
about
Drew Butera joined Gola in 2025 and focuses exclusively on representing the interests of commercial tenants. He advises office and industrial users throughout Philadelphia’s northern suburbs, with a geographic focus on Plymouth Meeting, Blue Bell, Conshohocken, Ft. Washington, and Horsham. Drew provides hands-on support across all phases of the real estate process, including site selection, lease negotiations and renewals, property acquisitions, and detailed financial analysis to help clients make informed, cost-effective decisions. He is deeply engaged in his core markets and is committed to understanding every building, landlord, and lease deal in play.
A Collegeville native and graduate of Malvern Preparatory School, Drew holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and brings a local’s perspective to his work in the region.
By dedicating my work to tenant representation, I can keep focus where it belongs—on their real estate success. Helping clients navigate strategic real estate decisions is rewarding, as it allows them to grow and scale with confidence. I appreciate the process just as much as the outcome, knowing that every step builds toward a stronger result.
