Colin Fleming

Colin joined Gola in 2019 after six years with two other local commercial real estate firms, where he specialized in tenant representation and was exposed to agency leasing. The latter role provided valuable insights into the motives and goals of both landlords and tenants and strengthened his skills as an advisor to tenants and buyers.

According to Colin, “Gola’s exclusive tenant representation and project management model is unparalleled in the market.  After years of dodging the question of conflict during a transaction, I saw the true value to our clients of advising them and only them.  Also, you cannot put a price on people and from the start I got along very well with each of the partners here and saw myself growing at the company for a long time.”

Throughout his career, Colin has successfully negotiated transactions totaling over $150 million in over 40 states across the country. A Philadelphia-area native, he graduated from St. Joseph’s Prep and then went on to the University of Massachusetts where he was a member of the lacrosse team.

Community-minded, Colin has dedicated his free time over the years supporting various organizations including St. Joe’s Prep, UMass Lacrosse Backers, Ashbee Lacrosse, Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School and SpeakUp!  He is currently serving as the President of the Alumni Association at St. Joe’s Prep in addition to being a member of the President’s Advisory Council.
