Gola recently represented MedRisk in the sublease of a 35,000-square-foot single-story building at 2560 Renaissance Boulevard in King of Prussia to new tenant Recovery Centers of America. The sublease term is through July 31, 2022. Consolidation of MedRisk’s staff from this location to their 2701 Renaissance Boulevard headquarters—due to a successful work-from-home program in response to the pandemic—freed up the space.
Mark Gola, Brian Neary and Shane Allen worked with MedRisk to market the sublease opportunity, which also included furniture, fixtures and equipment. Thanks to their laser-focused efforts, the sublease opportunity was on the market for less than two weeks, and Recovery Centers of America was able to meet their August occupancy goal.
