Back to Work on Main Line Health Fit-out
Construction of 30,000 square feet of new office space for Main Line Health and Main Line HealthCare at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square resumed on May 1 following a six-week statewide moratorium on construction in response the COVID-19 pandemic. Completion and occupancy are targeted for mid to late summer. Gola, which negotiated the lease, is now providing project management services.
As part of ongoing master planning initiatives aimed at accommodating continued growth throughout the health system, this facility will join several other Main Line Health functions on campus. It will serve as the new home to multiple departments directly responsible for the overall patient experience including pre-encounter, central scheduling, contact center, Lankenau Heart Group, lab, revenue management, and care management.
Gola represented ongoing client Main Line Health in the negotiation and signing of this long-term lease with BPG Management Company, LP, the leasing and property management division of Ellis Preserve developer Equus Capital Partners, Ltd.
In addition to providing landlord, construction, and infrastructure coordination services, our project management team, led by Kim Kelley Richards, is available to assist with workplace re-entry; space utilization assessment; design and construction team coordination; furniture, fixtures, and equipment evaluation, specification, procurement and installation; finish selection; signage and artwork; relocation management; and restoration of former premises.
