Andesa engaged Gola to assist with their goal of relocating and expanding their Lehigh Valley headquarters. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, causing the company to reassess their real estate needs.
When the company’s focus shifted from relocation and expansion to agility and reducing real estate costs associated with a 24,000-square-foot lease at 6575 Snowdrift Road, we negotiated a short-term extension that resulted in lease term flexibility and a significant and immediate rent reduction. Negotiations also achieved an above-market tenant improvement allowance that allowed Andesa to make physical adjustments to the workplace that promoted safe re-entry for employees.
As a value-added service to exclusive tenant representation, Gola’s Kim Kelley integrated project management tasks associated with space planning, budget for improvements, and construction oversight.
