Main Line Health (MLH) signed long-term leases at 3803 and 3809 West Chester Pike, Class A office buildings on the Ellis Preserve campus.

For the 2016 project at 3803, Gola provided tenant representation and project management services in support of MLH’s consolidation of several business operations to one building. Following a comprehensive site search and lease negotiations, we supported project implementation with a full spectrum of services ranging from acting as a liaison to user groups and managing the design team to infrastructure coordination and construction management.

The consolidation at 3809 was completed in 2020. It serves as the new home to multiple departments directly responsible for the overall patient experience including pre-encounter, central scheduling, contact center, Lankenau Heart Group, lab, revenue management, and care management. As with the earlier project, MLH leveraged Gola’s full scope of real estate advisory and project management services to identify a site, lock in a long-term lease, ready the space for occupancy, and assist with relocation details.
