Natalie, who pronounces her last name “Solo-way,” joined Gola’s project management team in 2018. She credits her lifelong interest in construction from having a union roofer father and investing seven years as a Habitat for Humanity volunteer in her youth. Thanks to an eight-year stint as project manager for a large commercial roofing company where she handled multimillion-dollar jobs, she has deep knowledge of building envelope systems.
Her varied background in design and construction—she has been a commercial project manager, owned and operated an interior design/construction management company, and worked as a product rep for tools, construction materials, and natural and engineered solid surfaces—ultimately led Natalie to the commercial real estate industry where she can do for clients what she does best: make their lives easier during the course of their projects with applied knowledge. In particular, she helps tenants and buyers visualize their finished space, navigate proposals and choose the right design firms and contractors for all phases of their fit-out, and provides support with scheduling, budgeting, FF&E specification and selection, and move coordination.
Natalie is OSHA 30 certified and is a member of the General Building Contractors Association and the Construction Specifications Institute. Originally from the Poconos region, she now resides in Ambler.
One of the most satisfying aspects of my job as a project manager is facilitating communication between all of the people related to a project and watching what was once shell space evolve into a fully functioning work environment customized to the needs and culture of a business.

Besides random acts of kindness designed to brighten a stranger’s day, one of Natalie’s lesser-known talents is making (and drinking) grilled citrus specialty tequila cocktails. She is also dauntless, as evidenced by a 2013 reality show win when she didn’t own a television.
