Colin joined Gola in 2019 after six years with two other local commercial real estate firms, where he specialized in tenant representation and was exposed to agency leasing. The latter role provided valuable insights into the motives and goals of both landlords and tenants and strengthened his skills as an advisor to tenants and buyers.
According to Colin, “Gola’s exclusive tenant representation and project management model is unparalleled in the market. After years of dodging the question of conflict during a transaction, I saw the true value to our clients of advising them and only them. Also, you cannot put a price on people and from the start I got along very well with each of the partners here and saw myself growing at the company for a long time.”
Throughout his career, Colin has successfully negotiated transactions totaling over $25 million. Bicycle Transit Systems, PureStar and goPuff are among the clients he has served with Gola. A Philadelphia-area native, he holds a Pennsylvania commercial real estate license and is a member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives.
Commercial real estate is a multi-faceted industry that demands a versatility of skill sets, from financial modeling to negotiation to client management. In conjunction emphasizing individual accountability, putting the client first, and prioritizing team success, as a former athlete these challenges resonated strongly and drove me to embrace this profession.
