about
While Brian was studying marketing at Drexel University, he also played varsity lacrosse and was elected captain by his teammates. Today he applies that same competitive spirit as an advocate for his clients’real estate transactions in Philadelphia and the western suburbs.
Before joining Gola in 2018, Brian spent three years as a tenant representation broker with the international real estate firm, Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to that, he worked for six years at Brandywine Realty Trust, where he was responsible for leasing the company’s Philadelphia portfolio of 15 million square feet. The perspective he gained from the owner’s side of the table provided unique insights into how to effectively protect the tenants and buyers he works with now at Gola.
A Philadelphia-area native, Brian has a Pennsylvania commercial real estate license and is a member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives.

After working at two other commercial real estate companies over the course of nine years, since joining Gola in 2018, it is clear to me that there is no comparison to what we do for our clients versus any of our competitors.
