We have worked with Mark Gola of Gola Corporate Real Estate for more than 10 years. They have been a valued business partner when it comes to our company’s office space. Mark is particularly knowledgeable about the marketplace, and we have come to depend on him to keep us updated on new and vacant commercial real estate opportunities in the area. That has become increasingly important as our business and team continues to grow. Not only have we been impressed with his wealth of expertise but applaud his genuine concern for his client’s needs and making sure any decisions are in sync with current business objectives. Mark has guided our lease negotiations with skilled diplomacy. His staff has additionally been outstanding leading space planning efforts and construction projects. We look forward to building on what has been a very successful relationship with Mark Gola and an outstanding team of real estate professionals.

Company growth sparked the need for expansion.
Relocation of company headquarters from Freedom Business Center to the Renaissance Business Center, where MedRisk has continued to increase space.
Gola originally represented MedRisk in its relocation to 2701 Renaissance Boulevard in 2004 and in 2016 acted as tenant representative and project manager for their lease renewal and expansion. Our project management team reviewed construction documents with the client and their design team to verify compliance with corporate standards and specifications. We also coordinated construction phasing to minimize disruption to daily business operations and preserve site security.
