Linda’s Stuff signed a long-term lease at Station Park, a multi-tenant Class A office/flex building with numerous amenities and adjacent to a regional rail line.
Gola began working with Linda’s Stuff when they occupied just 12,000 SF. We were at their side when they expanded into 50,000 SF, and again when they increased their space by another 43,000 SF. We represented the company during lease negotiations, which resulted in rental concessions, furniture, and a below-market rental rate. More importantly, we secured a deal that allowed Linda’s Stuff to phase in a portion of their expansion over the first two years of the lease and relocate with 10 months remaining on their existing lease in Horsham without incurring double rent.
Our project management team worked with the company to generate space programs, plans, and construction specifications that formed the basis for negotiating a turnkey fit-out by the landlord. Project services also included finish selection assistance; construction oversight through occupancy; and move coordination.
