Principal
Mr. Neary joined the Gola organization in 1984 and
became a principal in 1994, charged with providing new direction for the
Corporation. In 1995 Gola Corporate Real Estate emerged as metropolitan
Philadelphia’s largest exclusive Tenant Representation firm responsible
for on average of over one million square feet of transactions annually.
His efforts in the tenant representation field have been instrumental
in the formation of ATR, (Alliance of Tenant Representatives) an alliance
of exclusive tenant representation firms across the United States, Canada
and Mexico.
Mr. Neary is a graduate of Albright College with a BS in Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker and holds CCIM Certifications in real estate investing and taxation.
