Senior Project Manager

Kim Kelley is responsible for the Project Management and Space Planning division of Gola Corporate Real Estate. Prior to joining Gola, Ms. Kelley was a Project Manager employed by United System Integrators (USI) serving onsite at GMAC Mortgage, Horsham, PA as team lead for National Retail Lending

At GMAC, Miss Kelley was responsible for training and managing a staff of nine project, transaction and support professionals; workflow/backlog maintenance; invoicing, staffing and new process development. In addition to her administrative role, at any given time, Miss Kelley was responsible for the active project management of approximately thirty-five residential loan offices across the country requiring ownership of the real estate and fit-out process from inception and programming though occupancy.

Prior to her employment with USI, Miss Kelley was employed with Charles Matsinger Associate's in Philadelphia, PA. As an Interior Designer she was involved in all aspects of the programming, design and administration of architectural interiors for tenant planning, corporate and research/pharmaceutical applications where she worked for such clients as: DuPont Pharmaceuticals Company, Thomas Jefferson University, Preit-Rubin, Inc. and Quest Diagnostics.

Ms. Kelley is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Her Cooperative Education experience included working at CoreState Facilities Planning Department and Nelson & Associates Interior Design/Architecture.
