Gola Corporate Real Estate
In 1978 John started the John M. Gola Co. Inc. corporation, the predecessor
to Gola Corporate Real Estate, with the backing of the Honeywell Corporation
developers of the Honeywell building at: 111 Presidential Boulevard in
Bala Cynwyd. In addition to being the exclusive agent for Honeywell, John
was leasing agent for Prudential 400,000 square foot location at 3 Bala
Plaza. John was agent in the sale of the Pagoda Building, 100 Presidential
Boulevard, to a syndication.
John commenced the Real Estate portion of his career with the Seltzer
Organization developers of the Fort Washington Industrial Park, Valley
Forge Executive Mall and the Neshaminy Industrial Park from 1969 to 1972.
John entered the Real Estate community with Reed and Stambough Co. (Helmsley
Greenfield), one of Philadelphia's larger Real Estate companies. As Vice
President, he established the suburban division for Reed & Stambough
Co. from 1972 to 1976. He is currently a licensed real estate broker in
three states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Mr. Gola is a graduate
of LaSalle University with a B.A. in Accounting.
